We were not informed beforehand that the bathroom was located down the hall, requiring us to be fully dressed and masked whenever we needed to use it, even during the middle of the night. The lack of air conditioning in the room was also a drawback, with the suggestion to keep the room door open to allow hallway airflow not being ideal.

I had such a great time staying at this hotel. the location was perfect - close to everything, including the 1000 Islands and the nearby cruise terminal. It was also conveniently located near the Riva Italian restaurant. Secondly, the staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. They really made me feel welcome. The attention to detail was also impressive, from the rooms with views of the garden to the shag pile carpet that added a cozy touch. Lastly, the breakfast was to die for. There were multiple choices and each dish was incredibly delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better start to the day!
